Preparing to Breastfeed/Infant Feeding Class

This is a class for those expecting and their birth partners who would like to learn more about breastfeeding and infant nutrition. This class will provide information, encouragement, and support for successful infant feeding.

Topics covered include the proper positioning, and attachment, maintaining milk supply, learning feeding cues, what to expect in the early weeks, and strategies to deal with early feeding challenges.

This class educates and encourages however you choose to feed your baby. We discuss breastfeeding, pumping and formula feeding.

Partners and support persons are strongly encouraged to attend.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by clicking above to register. Please only purchase one registration for your group. Most insurances will reimburse you for the cost of this class. We also have scholarships for those with financial need. Interpreter classes available.
