After welcoming her own son and experiencing the realities of early motherhood, Prudence recognised a need for clear, supportive guidance that combines knowledge, reassurance and practical tools.

Through her work with A Mother’s Touch, Prudence supports parents in feeling informed, capable and confident as they take their first steps into parenthood.

Her mission is to provide parents with the tools, guidance and reassurance they need to parent confidently.
