Come and join me (Dannii O'Donnell, Postpartum Doula) for a full day workshop, where you will sit in circle with other women and explore the emotional, energetic and practical preparations required for a nourishing and transformative fourth trimester.
Together, we will:
Gain a deep understanding of the pillars of postpartum and how to apply them.
Get clear on your own needs by breaking down societal expectations and tapping into your own inner knowing.
Cover practical tips on how to build community, gather your village and get them on board to support you.
Explore any limiting beliefs or old stories which could inhibit your postpartum experience. Let’s unravel and re-write them, together.
Learn about rites of passage and the power of ritual and ceremony to hold you through times of uncertainty and transformation.
Prepare a healing herbal postpartum salt blend, yours to take home.
Fill our bellies with a delicious morning tea alongside pregnancy and postpartum tea blends.
Sit around the table to enjoy a nourishing late lunch as we chat and integrate all of our learnings.
