Childbirth is a life-changing experience. Preparing for it is essential, no matter what else is happening around us.This comprehensive course is designed to support and empower you and your partner, helping you feel informed, confident, and ready to create the birthing experience you want.
During the day, you’ll explore practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, and hands-on techniques to support birth, including:
What we’ll cover (and more):
• The physiology of birth
• Optimal positioning
• Pain-management techniques and options
• Breathing for labour and birth
• Instinctive vs. guided pushing
• Home birth vs. hospital birth
• Creating a birth plan that supports your choices
Practical Details:
🕚 Time: 11:00 – 18:00
🥗 Lunch: 1-hour break (we encourage you to get some fresh air and movement—there are many lovely cafés nearby)
💶 Price: €350 per couple (includes tea and snacks)

👫 A “couple” can be your partner, birth support partner, mother, sister, or friend

Tami, your teacher and host, is a certified birth doula and childbirth educator with an extensive background in physical therapy. She brings warmth, experience, and deep knowledge to support you through this powerful preparation.
