Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system designed to be fast, effective, and adaptable to real-life situations. It is a simple, plug-and-play approach that can be applied across a wide range of scenarios.

Coach Bobby Dixon, owner and head instsructor at Fight Club Fitness in Birmingham, will introduce a practical self-defense program called Krav Maga. Learning basic striking concepts from boxing and touch on elements of kickboxing to help build confidence, coordination, and power. The goal of this program is not perfection, but preparation.

Some of the topics we cover may overlap with experiences that can be sensitive for survivors of assault. Please know that participation is always optional, and I fully respect anyone’s need to step back from a drill at any time. This class is built to be a safe, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel empowered, not pressured.

We will work through real-world situations such as ground scenarios, hair grabs, abduction attempts, neck grabs, and later in the program, basic weapon awareness. My goal is to help you recognize your own capability, strength, and resilience, and to leave feeling more confident in your ability to protect yourself.

Cost: $75.00 Per month- 2 classes per month. Each class basic Krav Maga skills will be introduced to learn and integrate into muscle memory. Gloves are included in price.
