Prepared Childbirth Class

Join us for the Prepared Childbirth Method class—designed to help expectant parents feel confident, informed, and empowered as they prepare for labor, delivery, and life with a newborn.

This 2-part series provides both physical and psychological preparation for childbirth and includes:

• Anatomy and physiology of labor
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Pain management options, including medications and fetal monitoring
• Introduction to breastfeeding and newborn care

• Registration is required.

• Classroom space is limited to the expectant person and one support partner.
• We are unable to accommodate nursing students in this class.
