Prepare for the Great Backyard Bird Count

What is the Great Backyard Bird Count, and why is it important? Join us to learn all about it and discover how to contribute to international data from your own backyard! A tutorial on the Merlin and E-bird apps will be included so you will be ready submit your data. After the information session, join us on a short hike to practice our new citizen science skills in preparation for the Great Backyard Bird Count February 14 – 17. This program is appropriate for ages 12 and up.
