Feodor has been practising daily since 2016, has spent over 3,000 hours in personal breathwork practice, and invested more than £100,000 into developing his own breathing app. In 2018, he launched it at Brighton’s iconic i360. His work has helped people eliminate mouth breathing, improve focus, and restore inner calm.
