Prepare & Flow: Birth Prep + Prenatal Yoga in Corona

A small, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and gently prepare for birth.

Prepare & Flow blends simple, practical birth education with calming prenatal movement so you can feel more connected to your body, your baby, and the process ahead.

This is not a typical class.

It’s an intimate space where you’re guided, supported, and cared for.

We begin with a 15-minute birth prep session led by a Registered Nurse and birth doula, where we walk through simple ways to:

• support your body during labor
• understand what’s happening in each stage
• feel more grounded and less anxious
• help your partner support you

Then we transition into a 60-minute prenatal yoga flow guided by Meg, designed to:

• release tension in the hips and body
• encourage optimal baby positioning
• connect breath with movement
• calm your nervous system
After our session, you’re invited to stay for a gentle open support time with tea and light refreshments, where you can ask questions or simply connect in a calm, supportive space.
