During Prep4Partner we equip birth partners with the skills to best support you during labor!
We cover:
- Ways to improve your birth experience and bonding with your partner
- Stages of labor and how to manage each stage
- Understanding labor positions and which ones to use
- Birth plans, goal setting and postpartum prep
- Comfort measures and relaxation techniques
- Advocating and Affirmations
And how to take care of both you and your partner during this part of your journey!
Prep4Partner is a hands-on, conversational class. Each family will leave with a labor day hand out with the tips and strategies as to guide to use during labor.
You may bring your spouse, friend, mom. sister, whoever it is that will be there supporting you during this labor.
The cost is $150 per family.
