About this Event
Hours to a Healthy Relationship
Good relationships can always become even better, and even great ones need care and attention to stay that way. PREP, based on 40+ years of ongoing research in relationship health, helps couples learn how to communicate effectively, work as a team to solve problems, manage conflicts without damaging closeness, manage expectations, promote intimacy, and preserve and enhance commitment and friendship, to help prevent future marital problems and divorce.
PREP is for you if:
• You're involved in a close relationship, an engagement, a marriage
• You want romance and passion in your marriage
• You'd like to be able to talk together as friends
• You'd sometimes like to shut out all of life's hassles and just be together
• You're determined to knock down those walls that build with time and stress and make open communication with your partner difficult
