Are an expecting momma? Do you already love our prenatal yoga classes, and want to learn even more? Then this workshop is for you!Join Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Mary Anne Tillotson for a 90-minute workshop designed especially for moms. Students will have the opportunity to discuss the common aches and pains of pregnancy, and address those aches and pains through movement in class. Just like in our existing prenatal class, Mary Anne will lead students through intentional movement - yoga postures, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, and strength training - but with more time built in to discuss the “why” behind the postures and how to better support your pregnancy and labor through your yoga practice. We’ll also discuss how to modify other classes on our schedule.
This workshop will be an opportunity to move, learn, and get to know other moms in our community. We can’t wait to see you there!
