In this two-hour workshop designed for pregnant students, we will move through a supportive practice. Our practice will offer relief for the body and also help students understand what modifications they may make during their regular practice. We will discuss the stages of pregnancy and which postures can help along this journey. Breathing techniques (with written take home instructions) will be helpful tools for the pregnant person to take beyond this workshop. Bella Yoga will provide all the props necessary, but if you have a pillow or blanket that you would like to incorporate, please bring it along.
