Join us in any trimester of your pregnancy for a 5-class prenatal yoga series designed to offer conscious engaging movements, build strength and endurance, and connect to self and baby during pregnancy. 🤰🏻
Taught by Erica, you’ll learn mindfulness, breathing practices, and yoga poses during these classes that can be brought home and into the birthing space. 🧘🏻
This space is welcoming to all who are on their pregnancy journey in all trimesters!
