Join us for Prenatal Yoga with New Mummy Co. in Oakville! These 75-minute classes are designed specifically for expecting moms, combining gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support you through pregnancy. Each session helps prepare your body for birth, ease common pregnancy discomforts, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm. You’ll also connect with other local moms-to-be in a warm and supportive community.Schedule: Tuesdays @ 7:30 pm, Thursdays @ 7:30 pm, and Sundays @ 5:00 pm EST
Pricing: $20 per class or $100 for 6 classes (less than $17 per class)
