Class Schedule:
Mondays, 5:00 or 6:45 pm
Saturdays, 9:00 am
All classes begin with our supportive Opening Circle to share and connect as we learn about ourselves, our babies, birth.
The movement portion of class is designed to alleviate the aches and pains that commonly occur during pregnancy.
We will focus on breath work that will be an integral component of birthing your baby.
Being active during pregnancy results in healthier outcomes for mom AND baby.
Working with an experienced teacher is absolutely critical to keep mom and baby sΜ³aΜ³fΜ³eΜ³ while practicing.
