The Fourth Trimester is the 12-ish week period immediately after your baby has arrived Earthside.
It is a time of great physical and emotional change as your baby adjusts to being outside the womb, and you adjust to your new life as a Mom and all it entails.
The Fourth Trimester can leave us feeling alone, exhausted, unsupported, anxious and stressed.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐲.
