Mamas Village Prenatal Yoga is lovingly created for mummas who need a moment to pause, breathe, and connect with their pregnant bodies and growing babies. It is especially designed for those who struggle to find time for themselves during the week.
Start your Sunday slowly with this gentle, judgment-free yoga session—tune into your body, your breath, and your baby. Each class is about honouring where you are, both physically and emotionally, in a supportive and nurturing space.
After the 60 minutes yoga session, you are warmly invited to stay for an optional Connection Session, where tea, treats, and conversation await. Partners other pregnant mummas are welcome to join for this part of the morning—because community and support matter.
You don't have to be signed up to the class to join the Connection Session ❤️
