Join Breanna, a fellow mama of two littles, to explore the ways this practice can be a support to your experience in pregnancy and connect in community with others who are on this journey alongside you.
This six week session will incorporate movement, breathwork and meditation all focused on developing strength, stability and flexibility within your body and mind to support you throughout pregnancy and prepare for birthing and postpartum.
Fridays, 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., September 20 to November 1, 2024 (No class October 11, Thanksgiving)
