About this Event
Personalised 1-1 yoga session offering a blend of gentle strength, mindful movement and rest, helping you to feel more at home in your body while building a sense of calm and confidence as your pregnancy progresses.
Each session includes:
- Functional, pregnancy-safe yoga to support your body
- Gentle movement to ease tension and common aches
- Simple breathing techniques to support relaxation and birth
- Time to slow down and connect with your body and your baby
This is a space to move in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding - honouring where you are each week.
Who is this for?
Suitable from second trimester onwards. No previous yoga experience needed. This class will be tailored to your own unique needs.

What to bring
Comfortable clothing to move in and water. Mats and props are provided.
A gentle note
Pregnancy is a time of constant change, and this class is designed to meet you where you are. You’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body, with plenty of options and support offered throughout.
Classes are led by Jane Macdonald, a qualified yoga teacher with additional prenatal and restorative yoga training. Having found yoga helpful during her own pregnancies, she would love to support other parents to be during this exciting, but sometimes overwhelming time.
