Are you expecting a baby? Join our Prenatal Yoga classes in Tunbridge Wells this August!These classes are designed to help you feel good relaxed and more prepared for birth. No previous yoga experience needed!
✨ Each class is a blend of gentle movement breathing and deep relaxation - perfect for mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.
