Join Meg, 500 YTT and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, for a prenatal yoga series designed to support you through pregnancy and beyond.Across the series, we will explore practical modifications you can carry into any yoga class, helping you move with confidence as your body changes. Students will learn a variety of breathing techniques to support pregnancy, prepare for birth and nurture the transition into motherhood. We will also discuss common aches and ailments along with accessible , effective ways to address them both on and off the mat.
Each class includes a supportive prenatal practice, time for shared discussion and questions, and a gentle close with restorative meditation focused on the connection between mother and baby. Bring your water, arrive as you are, and join us on the mat for this three week journey of breath movement and care.

Drop in: $45/class
Note: Must cancel a minimum of 24 hours for a refund or credit. No refunds once the class series has started (no refunds after January 31).
