Prenatal Retreat for Expectant Parents

This event is for parents (Yes, both parents) expecting a baby in the next three months. We will cover information about newborn feeding and sleeping and parent-to-be wellbeing and self-care tips. We will briefly describe other services related to Home Visiting and provide time for folks to sign up for additional services. This free event will include healthy snacks and a light lunch. Handicap parking and ramp are available in parking lot behind the post office. Gender neutral bathrooms available.
