Mothers of all ages and stages are welcome — new moms, birthing parents and those who are ready to become mothers.
This series focuses on gentle stretching, strengthening techniques, and stress-reducing exercises specially designed to support your body through the changes that occur during pregnancy and to reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. This series is only available for moms, not appropriate for children.
You will experience:
- Gentle + Restorative Yoga (safe for all trimesters + postnatal)
- Pelvic Floor + Thigh Exercises with Fitball
- Relaxing Breathing Techniques
- Guided Meditation for Moms
