Support your changing body with our prenatal Pilates sessions focused on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and gentle movement for a healthy, comfortable pregnancy.Limited to just 3 spots for personalized attention—reserve early. Taught by Kendra, an occupational therapist and certified Pilates instructor. Cost is $30 per person per session. Each class is 45-minutes long and tailored for expecting moms.
This class can be requested as a private, one on one or two on one or another 3 on one session by emailing or messaging us to find a time that fits your schedule.
