Join us for our third prenatal class, Eating Healthy, where we’ll focus on how nutrition supports a healthy pregnancy for both you and your baby.In this session, you’ll learn:
✨ How much weight gain is healthy during pregnancy
✨ What and how much to eat from each food group
✨ The importance of key nutrients like folic acid and omega-3s
✨ Foods to avoid and what to limit during pregnancy
✨ Safe ways to manage cravings
✨ Tips for eating healthy on a budget
We’ll also share practical guidance to help you make informed food choices, plan balanced meals, and feel confident about nourishing your body throughout pregnancy.
