Knowing about breastfeeding and what to expect is a good idea before your baby arrives. This hands-on, interactive class will give you the knowledge you need to feel ready to meet your baby and start the breastfeeding journey. Moms are encouraged to have a support person come along for the class. Statera Upper Level, Conference Room

"I 110% would recommend this class to others. I also really encourage spouses to go with to help be a support person and that they learn all the benefits with you. I felt much more empowered after this class. I struggled feeding with my first baby and had some family that tried to get me to feed a bottle instead. My husband and I took this class together before the second baby and it helped so much for him to understand why I wanted to breastfeed and the benefits. This helped me through the process and he helped support me much more even if there was someone trying to tell me to do something else. The journey is much easier when you have strong support and understanding."
