A restorative yoga practice designed for the mama-to-be. Come prepared to gently stretch, destress, and find a supported and relaxed state. We will begin with (prenatal friendly) tea and cookies then move into the practice. Expect to leave feeling rested, relaxed and nourished!

This is a fully accessible workshop that can be adapted to virtually all physical needs and limitations. If you are under any movement restrictions, please get in touch to we can ensure you can fully participate and feel supported.

Workshop fee $40. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
