This weekly series creates a supportive space for mothers to move, breathe, connect, and care for their bodies and minds in community. Participants will enjoy a refreshing walk in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Whether you are expecting, newly postpartum, or continuing your wellness journey after birth, this series offers a welcoming opportunity to slow down, stretch, restore, and connect with other mothers.

Please come in comfortable clothing and walking shoes, and feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
