To ensure an organized and fair check-in process, tickets are released in timed entry slots:
- 3 tickets are released every 15 minutes
- Please select ONLY one ticket time slot
- Arrive during your selected time window to check in
- Entry is first-come, first-served within each time slot
- If your preferred time is sold out, please choose the next available slot
- Early arrival is encouraged, but entry will be managed by time slot to reduce wait times and overcrowding

Position Overview
Position: Merchandising Specialist
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: Approximately $15.00–$18.00 per hour (varies by job and location)
Hours: Approximately 10–35 hours per week depending on assignment and location
Work Locations: Multiple retail locations throughout Northern Virginia
Typical Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise from backrooms to sales floors
- Organize and maintain product displays
- Install promotional signage and marketing materials
- Complete store resets and merchandising projects
- Use a smartphone app to document completed work
- Travel between assigned retail locations
- Build positive relationships with store staff
Important Requirements

✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations
✔ Must have a smartphone or tablet with data service and camera capability
✔ Must be comfortable using mobile apps and uploading photos
✔ Must be able to stand, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
✔ Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide acceptable I-9 documentation
✔ Some assignments may require working in cooler or freezer environments
