Guests will enjoy an elegant progression of dishes — from lobster with truffle to Wagyu sukiyaki and a Hakushu-infused crème brûlée — thoughtfully paired with expressions including Hakushu 12, Yamazaki 18, Hibiki AO, Hibiki 21, and a rare mystery pour. The evening begins with a limited-edition Toki Black welcome cocktail crafted by our bar team.
