Join us for a transformative experience at Haute Bodhi Hot Yoga & Pilates!

Prema Breathwork is a powerful meditative practice, which helps move stuck energy and process repressed emotions to release the internal obstacles that keep us from living a more inspired life full of bliss and love. This somatic experience uses the wisdom and power of our own breath to penetrate through all layers to help us remember our blissful nature from the inside out.

The technique is simple and will be introduced and guided by two facilitators the whole time. Special music is carefully curated to guide your entire experience as your breath reaches into the depths of your unconscious. With your blessing, the breath will begin to do its magic, awaken your body and shake up dormant material that keeps you stuck while ruling your subconscious beliefs and ideas. The entire experience is done lying down on a mat, supported by blankets and cushions. Facilitators will provide hands-on support to keep you grounded and safe. You may experience apowerful release and reach non-ordinary states of consciousness. In other words, you may experience visions, a sense of deep clarity, euphoria. It's important to note that everyone has a different experience and each experience in itself is different every time you practice. After breathing, we will gather in circle to share and drink ceremonial cacao to complete the experience with a deeper heart-opening.

We know that being human means experiencing the full range of emotions and we understand that in our culture it isn’t always safe or comfortable to FEEL. As your space holders, we welcome any and every emotion or experience that may arise for you. Our job is to guide you back to your own vast inner wisdom and to return you to the love that you already have within.
