About this Event

Pregnancy Yoga Plus: midwife-led 4-week course

Join us for a calming and empowering midwife-led course, thoughtfully designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. This course will help you build confidence for birth and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Course Details:

Dates: Saturdays, January 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st 2026
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Kingston Maternity Unit, Outpatients Department, Wellbeing Rooms (DSU/Mat Seminar)
Instructor: Kat, an experienced midwife and yoga teacher, will guide you through each session, focusing on breath awareness, gentle flow, and relaxation.

Each session will include time to discuss your pregnancy and birth, as well as an opportunity to connect with fellow participants.
We recommend attending this course in your second or third trimester.
Yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water. You may also want to bring a snack with you.

Cost for this Midwife-led 4-week course is £80.
