Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to help women prepare physically and mentally for a positive, confident birth.Taught by a specialist Yoga teacher the class is appropriate for women at any stage of pregnancy. Postures include a beautiful combination of stretching, strengthening and relaxation exercises useful for birth.
You do not need any previous yoga experience to join and there is no need to book, please just come along. Payment of $17 for a single class or $15 for a five class pass can be made at the start of class either with cash or eft using your telephone banking app. Bank details will be provided at the class.
All equipment - mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, cushions are provided. Please just bring your water bottle.
