Restful yoga for pregnancy: a 6 week course
7-8.30 pm beginning Monday 15 September
£90
Please join me for a 6 week yoga course specifically for pregnancy with a strong focus on embodied movement and deep rest.
Each week you can expect:
🌟grounding and restorative yoga nidra;
🌟slow flow pregnancy specific physical yoga practices that create space and build your connection to your own body and breath;
🌟meditation or breathwork practices to support your transition into motherhood (or motherhood again); and
🌟community building and the opportunity to be heard in circle time.
The course takes place over 6 weeks and consists of 9 hours of in person practice at our beautiful new home at the Soul Sanctuary in Frankwell, Shrewsbury. This peaceful, purpose built studio is clean, warm and welcoming. As with any studio class all necessary equipment will be provided. You just need to rock up, roll out your mat and REST.
Spaces are limited to 8 attendees per course to allow me to provide the individualised support that is so important at this time. Pay as you go spaces are only available to those who have practiced with me before, or who will reach 37 weeks during the course.
