About Jo Harris our Pregnancy Yoga teacher:
Jo has been a yoga teacher since 2014 guiding students in Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Baby yoga and massage, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Jo has also trained as a Doula, offering practical, emotional, informational support to parents going through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
This training coupled with years of teaching pregnancy and mother and baby yoga and becoming a parent too, provides Jo with a great understanding of the physical and emotional process of becoming a mother. A process also known as matrescence. Jo aims to provide a space for women to feel empowered to explore the possibilities of moving their body, prepare for labour, recover from pregnancy and birth and bond with their baby.
Classes are supportive, bringing together a community of women to share in their experiences of pregnancy and motherhood.
