In this class the first and last 15ish minutes will be yoga and the middle 30ish minutes will be belly dancing. These are both great ways to prep your body for labor. I will also share belly dance movements that could specifically be good during labor and delivery. Belly dance originally was a fertility dance that prepped the womens body for pregnancy and labor, taught from women to women. I am excited about this class! I have wanted to teach this for a long time. I am have time in my schedule for once a month but if I get enough interest I will try to add more.
You can pay before (please reach out) or when you come to class by cash (please bring exact amount), card, venmo, zelle or check. $15 per hour class per person.
This is held at my home dance/yoga studio in my basement. Feel free to park in the church parking lot. Come to the south side of my home and come down the stairs to the right.
