What? - An evening of calm and connection for you and baby.
Imagine stepping into our stunning rural venue and immediately feeling a rush of oxytocin and relaxation. The lighting is low, the fairy lights are glowing and the underfloor heating is on! 😜
We will combine breathing techniques and gentle movement, with guided meditation and hypnobirthing tools, to support you into a tranquil state of calm that you and your baby so deserve. You will leave feeling totally ready to fall into bed.

The classes will be held in the gorgeous Oving Village Hall. It's easy to find and parking is great. The hall is 15 minutes from Aylesbury and Winslow. and is quiet and the perfect place to unwind.
