PRENATAL :
🔸90-minute full prenatal routine
🔸Side-lying for hip, low back, and thoracic-ribs (30 min each side)
🔸 Semi-reclined focus on neck, shoulder, carpal tunnel, intraoral for TMJD, round ligament, and belly
LABOR SUPPORT :
🔸 In-office acupressure session to stimulate progression
🔸Physical support techniques for attending births
POSTPARTUM :
🔸MET, traction, compression, and pin-and-stretch techniques
🔸Anterior unwinding (thoracic, abdominal, diaphragm, psoas)
🔸Establishing renewed postural alignment
