Join us in welcoming registered dietitian and owner of Family Nutrition & Strength, Charity Garland. We will provide light refreshments while you learn about perinatal nutrition. Rosie Conklin, Birth Doula, will have info surrounding labor and birth.
Jessica Marlles, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist & Lactation Counselor will be there offering information surrounding lactation.
