October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, with the day of remembrance being Tuesday, October 15. Brandywine Community Church and Life Choices Care Center are partnering to host an outdoor memorial service for the Hancock County community that evening at Brandywine Community Church. This service is for ALL families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss at any point in their lives. Please join us for an evening of remembrance, worship, and fellowship.
There are benches around the Brandywine Community Church pond, but seating is limited. Please bring a blanket if you’d like to sit during the message portion of the service.
Order of Service:
6:30 p.m. Welcome
6:32 p.m. Worship
6:45 p.m. Memorial Message
6:55 p.m. Invitation to Families - write a message to baby on dissolvable rice paper, place message in BCC pond when finished
7:10 p.m. Closing
7:15 p.m. Distribute remembrance pins and flowers to each family
