Come sit in sacred circle with women to be witnessed and held as you journey through your pregnancy towards the birth portal
About this Event

We are here to reremember the sacredness of pregnancy and tap into the power that undisturbed mamalian birth can hold

This is a place where you can fully drop into your body, connect with your baby and allow yourself to be seen, heard, held and witnessed unapologetically.

We usually lead such fast fast paced lives. This is a chance to slow down, take a breath and ground with the earth herself. It is an opportunity to let ourselves be held in sisterhood with like-hearted women, who understand the importance of the reclamation of physiological birth and are dedicating their souls' work to serving mothers and babies.

What to expect:

Together we will share food, conversation from our hearts & birthstories. The evening will flow in reciprocity for the women who follow the call to attend but may include some form of meditation, sharing circle, a time to connect in with baby, craft, singing, physical touch (if desired) and to speak with women who have travelled this path before you and birthed at home in their power.

About the facilitators:

Livi: ex-NHS midwife & current birthkeeper, mother, regenerative farmer and circle facilitator who believes deeply in the power of community and nature. She is also currently in the early postpartum months with her second daughter, both children being of joyful freebirth.

Lindsay: A seedling birthkeeper and dedicated mother. In an ongoing journey of self discovery. Immensely passionate about the liberation of physiological BIRTH and re-remembering the sacredness of what it means to be a woman.

Please note:

Although this circle is focused on freebirth/homebirth, a curiosity or a strong desire to explore undisturbed birth is welcome.

Babies: Babes in arms welcome; to protect the special delving nature of this space we can unfortunately not allow mobile children.

Last admission: 6:15pm

Refreshments: There will be drinks and some nourishing food avaliable. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Money: Please contact us if finances are holding you back from attending to discuss alternative options, we don't want this to stop you accessing your community.

Altar offerings: If you feel called, please bring an offering for the alter from the land or your home.

The way of council: We follow the ancient guidlines which orients towards witnessing and conciously listening to all members of the circle, not trying to jump in or 'fix' anyone. We use the gift of the container of 'whatever is said in council, stays in council'. This helps us to ease our minds, reach into our hearts and truly witness one another with whatever is present in the moment, free of judgement.
