Pregnancy and Prenatal Wellbeing Workshop - Healthy Beginnings

Join us at West Cheltenham HUB inside Hesters Way Community Resource Centre for our Pregnancy & Postnatal Wellbeing monthly workshops, a warm, supportive space for expectant and new parents.

Our first session (Monday 13 April, 10am–11:30am) features a Senior Specialist Health Coach from Healthy Beginnings, offering practical guidance on feeding, sleep, wellbeing, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices, supporting a healthier you, family and baby.

Families are also welcome to join our weekly tribe meetups every Monday at the same time. Babes in arms are welcome, with a calm area for under 1s, and our community café will be open serving £1 hot drinks and a £2 coffee-and-cake deal, a relaxed way to connect and access local support services close to home.
