Saddle Up & Slow Down: A Pre-Stampede Wellness Social
Calgary Stampede season is electric — but before the chaos, the crowds, and the late nights take over, you deserve a moment to arrive fully.
Join us for an intentional evening designed to ground you, move you, and connect you with your community before the greatest outdoor show on earth begins.
From the moment you walk in, lo-fi beats and a welcome mocktail set the tone. We'll open the evening with a guided meditation and live sound bath — breathwork, crystal bowls, and chimes — creating space to set your intentions for the summer ahead.
Then we turn up the heat. A 45-minute power yoga flow will build strength, fire up your core, and get you sweating — set to Tulum-inspired deep house grooves from our surprise guest Live DJ. We finish with a cool-down and savasana, leaving you feeling both energized and at ease.
The rest of the evening is yours — mingle with like-minded Calgarians, sip on craft mocktails, and take home a handmade mystery craft from our charm bar.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just Stampede-season stressed, this night was made for you.

Info: As guests arrive, this is your time to leave all the thoughts at the door. Time to breathe and arrive fully in our transformative space and community you will be apart of for the next 2 hours. This slot is allocated for intentional networking, setting up your yoga matt and grabbing a handcrafted mocktail. We will go over introductions, and set our intentions for the workshop.

Info: Saddle up on the matt! Get ready to ignite. Led by the talented Brandelyn, this 45-minute power flow is the heartbeat of our evening — and she's bringing the heat.
From the first breath to the final pose, this class is designed to wake up your whole body. Expect strength, mobility, core activation, and full-body movement set to a carefully curated soundtrack that builds from grounding lo-fi beats to deep house grooves that'll push you to move deeper and hold longer.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping on a mat for the first time, Brandelyn will guide you through every moment — meeting you where you are and taking you exactly where you need to go.

As the evening winds down, we come back together to celebrate the space we've created and the community we've built. Grab a craft mocktail, find your people, and settle into the final and most social chapter of the night.
At our bracelet-making station, you'll create a wearable reminder of the intentions you set tonight — something to carry with you through Stampede season and beyond. A little piece of this evening, made by your own hands, to take home.
