Pre-season showing preparation clinic! 🌟 UPDATE: This event is now FREE of charge with ODRC providing the lovely venue and staffed bar for the evening. A ticket is still required and will need to be booked via the website link. Please note the pie supper will no longer be on offer with the event now being free of charge. Those who have already paid for booking will be refunded their monies and will remain booked on to the evening unless otherwise requested. Booking will close Thursday 03/04/2025 to give us enough time to consider numbers. Please come along and support the club, whether you’re a long-standing member or a new face thinking of joining us this season; everyone is welcome! Even if you’re not that interested in the showing element of the club, come along to support the club for a good first social of the season, the fantastic pop-up shop, a pre-season catch-up and even get the drinks in afterwards. 🌟
Come along to our indoor pre-season showing preparation talk. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge, seek advice, ask any showing related questions you may have and all get together for a wonderful social evening. The talk will be presented by our very own Chair, Heather Marshall, who has a vast wealth of knowledge in all aspects of showing and the preparation required. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the classes we run here at the club, what is expected in each and also how to get the best from your horse presentation wise, especially key for those aiming to qualify for STARS Champion of Champions at the end of the season. We will also be hosting a Linney’s Equestrian on-site pop-up shop for all a small selection of your showing necessities. Claire Linney is an expert in the showing field for all things leatherwork and your showing attire 🪡 🧵
Come and join us for a pre-season social evening to get ready for the upcoming season! No horse required for this event as it’s in the indoor comfort of a lovely clubhouse with a staffed bar as an added bonus! 🍻
