This is the final 64 hours needed for the 116-hour real estate licensing course. Register now to reserve your spot. Pay only when picking up materials for this class. Dates can be changed without penalty. The student has one year to attend this class from the time they complete the online portion. (They have six months to complete online without purchasing an extension)

To qualify to attend you must have completed the first 54-hours online, including the final test. Once you qualify by completing online you receive an email of completion. Without that email, you have not qualified to attend.

You must attend all 8 sessions either in person or in front of your camera and using a microphone. Class 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mountain Time (one hour off for lunch each day), four times a week for two weeks.

Four days a week (M TU TH FR) for two weeks.

We do not meet on Wednesday except for a possible make-up day. (Oct 8 if needed)

September 2025 dates - must attend all 8 dates:

Sep 29, 30, Oct 2, 3, 6, 9, 10

If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you many not receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access.

Zoom & In-person students need to pay ($695) when picking up materials for instructor-led portion. In person students may do this the 1st day of class. People attending on zoom need to make an appointment. If a registration is made at least two by the same person, they will only need to pay ($645) each. Materials can be shipped for a $29 shipping charge. We send the invoice to email or can text it. We do not receive credit card numbers.

Students attending in person can pay for live-portion and pick up materials the first day of class. If student needs to attend zoom some days, that is an option.

TRANSFER POLICY: You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price, or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes may be cancelled up to one day before class. Refunds will be issued from the company which received payment, such as Square, and will have credit card or handling fees deducted.
