This is Killeen's first annual Pre-Junteenth Loc Expo an event focused on the diversity of the Loc culture brought to you by Loc Nāshun come out and be educated by the best Loc classes by Tiffani Lynch, Color classes by the lovely Ms. Kewonia Wheelock, sultry sounds by Cortney Rose and local hip hop artist as well as the ONE AND ONLY Mr. Cheeks, and closing the event is the VERY first for Killeen TX our Loc battle and Loc show...... come out and ENJOY!!!!
