Pre-Diabetes Class

Pre-diabetes is warning of a serious risk for developing diabetes. Existing when your fasting blood sugar levels are between 100-125 (normal is less than 100). Taking action now and learning how to use new lifestyle changes can help to delay or prevent Type 2 Diabetes.
