NO REFERRAL OR DIAGNOSIS NEEDED. This integrated class is designed for babies who are building early movement skills and beginning their transition toward sitting, rolling, and crawling. Through guided, play-based physiotherapy, we support strength, coordination, and confidence at your baby’s own pace.
This class is a great fit if your baby is at any of these stages: (approx. 2 - 6 mth)
✔️ Lie comfortably on their back
✔️ Tolerate some tummy time
✔️ Lift head and chest during play
✔️ Bring hands to mouth or midline
✔️ Start to roll or show interest in rolling
✔️ Roll independently in one or both directions
✔️ Sit with support or independently for short periods
✔️ Pivot or move around on the floor
✔️ Reach for and explore toys with purpose
✔️ Show interest in crawling
Babies are supported wherever they are on the movement continuum — whether they’re just starting to roll or actively preparing to crawl. Activities focus on core strength, weight-shifting, transitions, early crawling patterns, and confident movement through play.
