Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class designed specifically for expecting and new mothers!
Our in-person event will be held at TruFusion Walnut Creek on Olympic Boulevard in Walnut Creek, CA, USA. Connect with other moms-to-be and new moms while focusing on breathing techniques and gentle yoga poses tailored to support your body during this special time. Taught by the wonderful and talented Sandi Smith-Grove!

What's needed for class? A mat, hand towel, and some water (We have mats to rent for a small fee if needed) .
Please note- we aren't able to allow late arrivals into class- please plan to be set up in class and on your mat at the start time.
